Jeff’s is authorized by the State to diagnose and perform emissions repair on your vehicle if it has failed the test. Our goal is to make sure every car meets or exceeds the mandated requirements and help keep Washington’s air clean. Diesel vehicles weighing less than 6,001 lbs. and 2007 and newer diesel cars require testing, regardless of weight. There are a few vehicles that never require testing and those are motorcycles, 2009 and newer models gasoline powered vehicles, the Toyota Prius, and the Honda Insight.
